Also called 'fountain grass', Pennisetum forms dense clumps of long thin foliage. Setaceum is a variety known for its medium green foliage and gold-colored plumes. Grows vigorously in Spring/summer up to 5' tall. It is recomended to cut this grass to the ground once a year. Will survive in poor soil and requires very little water once established.
