STIPA tenuissima 'feather grass'

Stipa forms clumps of semi-green to gold foliage. Sometimes called 'Mexican Feather Grass', Stipa can grow up to 3' tall and equally wide.  Requires very little water once established and it is recommended to cut to the ground once a year to maintain healthy growth.
